The new lifting columns from norelem enable the simultaneous motorised adjustment and stable guidance of objects. They promote ergonomics at individual workstations, but also in complex systems in machine and plant construction.

Lifting columns aluminium, electrically adjustable

The technology in the electrically driven aluminium lifting columns is fully integrated. The systems are maintenance-free and can be easily and quickly commissioned and intuitively operated following the Plug & Work principle.

The norelem range includes versions with four different travel heights up to 500 mm, which can be traversed at a speed of up to 8 mm/s. The lifting columns are designed for traction and compression loads and ensure self-locking even at maximum loading.

Controls for lifting columns

With the help of the matching controller also available from norelem, a maximum of two lifting columns can be driven. However, up to two controllers can be connected to each other - this enables a total of four lifting columns to be operated in parallel at the same time. The controller features with a dynamic duty cycle calculation and a standard overload protection. Integrated collision detection (SPP - Smart Product Protection) optimises process reliability. Visual status indication is shown by an LED display.

Hand switch for lifting columns

The controller is operated by special manual switch which is equipped with an LCD display and six function keys. This device can be used to save positions of the lifting columns and to easily switch between users. In addition, users can use the manual switch to make changes to the controller.
